Cellmig Biolabs is a world-class team making pioneering discoveries into translational medicines for the diagnosis and pharmatherapy of cancer metastasis and growth.  We have successfully developed new organelle of cytocapsulae/cytocapsular tubes related breakthrough biotechnologies in generating biomolecules propertied powerful potentials targeting tumor metastasis.  We are producing the in vitro diagnosis products (kits and devices) for the detection of cancer metastasis in all (early, developing and late) stages.

The Cellmig is searching for 2 Senior Software Engineers for information technology, web applications and services with rich user interfaces that connect to back-end web services using the latest Internet technologies.  Cellmig offers growth potential and a stimulating environment with a culture of excellence in science, engineering, and business.  The SSE will be part of an integrated, interdisciplinary team developing powerful new medical diagnostic products for cancer metastasis diagnosis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Set up data bank; design data analysis software; perform web applications.
• Work closely with a high performing cross-functional team to create and maintain complex web applications.
• Help define and participate in software development processes that support continuous product delivery.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings and agile ceremonies.
• Be able to deliver as an individual contributor and/or a team member in an agile work culture.
• Work and lead on real time production issues with excellent communication back to business users.
• Provide with services upon other information technology related requests

Education and Skills Requirements:

• Minimum educational requirement is a Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 5 years of software engineering / web application development experience.
• Must have exceptional communication and documentation skills, with a strong knowledge of the software development process.
• Expert knowledge of .NET framework and underlying coding languages preferably C#.
• Expert knowledge of .NET ORMs such as NHibernate and/or entity framework.
• Expert in developing RESTful APIs using .NET WebAPI framework.
• Expert knowledge of SQL Server and/or Oracle DBs and ability to do database designs.
• Expert knowledge of OO and functional programming and best practices.
• Experience creating and maintaining a CI/CD pipeline and working with DevOps Model.
• Experience setting up a multi-tier web application from scratch.
• Experience in working under regulated environment (CLIA, HIPPA, SOX).
• Experience hosting web services and web applications under web servers, preferably IIS.
• Experience with common JavaScript libraries, data visualization, HTML5 and UX designs.
• Experience with cloud architecture, especially AWS.
• Comfortable working with Webpack/Node/NPM/Vagrant/Docker.
• Comfortable developing bash (or other shell) scripts.
• Comfortable with GIT and other source control systems.
• Demonstrable conceptual, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
